HMC Industrial Specialties has a welding department and offers its services for various projects related to the assembly and welding of mechanical and hydraulic parts.
We mainly use two welding processes, MIG and submerged arc. These two processes make it possible to assemble and rebuild parts of all kinds.
Submerged arc welding
Submerged arc is a welding process that specializes in welding parts of any size. This process offers better penetration and excellent regularity of the weld bead. Submerged arc welding is carried out on a rotary positioner (welding lathe).
HMC Industrial Specialties has designed its own submerged arc welding equipment for different types of material:
